Even though all involved were considered good ppl, that is not the point. the point is, that a person has to take extra caution and take the time to look twice when on the roadways. this is especially true when there is a motorcycle involved. To blame it on what the biker is wearing is irrelevant. That is why the pipes are loud and lights are on! Bikers share the same rights as other drivers, and should be protected the same if not more than other drivers!

its really all a big if and falls on how fast the bike was really going IF he was going to fast how was the car driver to really know he might have seen him far back and thought he had time or he might have not seen him if he was going at that speed n depending if he had anything on the bike to reflect he was coming some people look and still dont see as it seems both were really good people and had he seen him surely he would have not pulled out like he did it seems to be just that an accident and for those bike riders please use reflectors or something that stands out a little if u ride in all black yes its hard to see u n things happen no matter how many times u look back its not cool if ur dead so make it so others see u coming praying for both familys hope u find peace in this awful time

I had worked with Darrell for many years, I have also ridden with him on occasion, he always struck me as a very cautious man and safe driver! I consider him and his family amongst my nearest friends, he will be sorely missed! I also worked with the other family man involved in this Horrific accident! They are also good people and hoping they recover quickly! My Prayers go out to all the Families that have had a Terrible loss!

I am sorry for the loss and prayers going out to the family. That being said, I fully believe that the driver should be held accountable as it was his fault it happened. Too many tradiges like this are happening everyday bc no one takes the time to slow down and LOOK TWICE! That will not change until ppl are held accountable for their actions!
