Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Arkansas
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years RN work experience to be considered.
• Leadership experience, such as Charge RN, PreCeptor, Educator experience highly desired.
• Current CPR certification required
• Dialysis experience; CNN or CDN desired
• Experience assessing, trouble shooting and making sound recommendations in stressful situations
